this amateur chef hasn't tried the boil method yet but will keep a mental note ....
have tried pressure cooking lamb to prepare it for tender kabobs and it works.

can grill all year long in my zip code.

:ohhh:, usually I just dry rub spice my chicken and put it on the grill. Should I be boiling it before seasoning?

and, for those who want.. here's (what I consider) a simple marinade that you can't go wrong with:

3cups soy sauce
3cups olive oil
3cups pineapple juice
4tblspns garlic(minced)
5tblspns paprika
4tblspns onion powder

enjoy.. :salute:

I flatten out the chicken so i can cook it quick. I sear the outside and leave it on indirect heat to cook the inside.
You can let it sit in brine the day before if you want to as well.
Man if i didn't have neighbors i'd bbq several times a week, middle of winter idgaf.

May grab a little chicken tonight and try brining. I'm a marinade guy myself. My meat is always juicy :shaq:, but I love trying new techniques
