Glad to see you made a healthy recovery. What locatoin?This shyt really isn’t a game out here. I caught it last month by being a dumb fukk and thinking shyt was sweet cuz I’m young. It had me struggling heavily. I couldnt walk upstairs without struggling and feeling dizzy. The chills were vicious, the fever was absolutely awful. My whole body felt like jello that I couldn’t move without pain and aches. Not to mention the fact that I LOST HEARING in my right ear for weeks. These were MILD symptoms. This shyt isn’t something I’d wish on my worst enemy. I’m a breh who just got out of college, athletic, healthy and takes all his vitamins n shyt. I only recently recovered and I still feel like shyt. Covid doesn’t care about any of that and it’s fukking dumb that people legit can’t follow simple ass guidelines to protect others and themselves because they think it restricts their freedoms.

The issue here really isn’t what specifically these herbs, spices, teas and sunlight does, and how it strengthens the immune system. Modern science is just starting to understand the benefits of turmeric and cumin and in the years to come “science” will validate what has been known for thousands of years.
The real underlying issue of the modern medical paradigm is how the body works, what the body trying to do, and what is the role of bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and so is in the human body.
Take cholesterol for example, the modern medical establishment told us cholesterol and saturated fat causes heart disease, as simply cholesterol builds up in the arterial walls causes’ blockage and heart disease and attack results from it. Sounds simple right, cholesterol/saturated fat= heart disease right? But this isn’t the reality, what causes cholesterol to build up in the arterial wall, what is the role of cholesterol in the body, if cholesterol is so bad why does the liver produce it, if saturated fat is so bad why are human babies born in a ketogenic state and so on. This is the main issue and troublesome thinking with western medical establishment as they don’t understand what the body is trying to do, don’t understand the intercommunication between vital bodily parts and bodies design to reach homeostasis.
Another root issue with Western Medicine is a belief the body is faulty, isn’t without a design or a designer, and the human body remains in this earthly realm as a mistake not by planning. Man has a body but man doesn’t command the body as the body in its physical form is independent of man and of greater architect. So when X happens in the human flesh, the medical industry think it happened by absurd chance not by design or the body’s innate ability to defend itself against external negative forces.
You seem young, naïve, informed and sadly uneducated on this vastly important topic. Having a poor understanding of the human body will result in disease, illness, poor living standards and at worst believing in a medical industry which believes you are a faulty creature without design or higher purpose. Get informed before you are on a medical table about to have your important prostate or pancreas removed by these medical butchers
