I don't see it as Pac dissing people with sickle cell, I see him as talking directly talking to Prodigy that HE has sickle cell so he better chill before he gets his ass kicked cause he ain't built for it. It's like if Pac said, don't one of you have one arm or something, wouldn’t class that has dissing disabled people but obviously you can see how that would put you under a big disadvantage in a physical confrontation.
