To me they need to either do away with the federal age and let states say who's old enough to fukk or do away with the state laws and keep one number.

i agree with both points. i say make it one number all the way around.

The government doesn't determine who I think is a child and who I think is a pedo. Never met a 16 y/o that was a fully capable adult and had a full grasp of consequences. But do you. Justify if however you like though.
