Most people can't communicate for shyt, so after 3 years of a relationship built on vague "intuitive communication" an abrupt ending like this isn't implausible.

I've ended relationships over poor communication and an unwillingness to adapt. The longest was about 9ish months, I don't know how people don't nip that in the bud within the first year.

True. but based on his description she was trying to cheat and when confronted said she was confused. So it ain’t necessarily that she didn’t communicate well, it’s that she was trying to get some new dikk and tried to juelz her way out and I’m sure more was said before it got to the “it’s over” like he presented. But he made it seem like she said she was confused and then he said it’s over. Now that I see the missing context i can see how 1+1=2
