My condolences man. I'm truly sorry you're going through this.

I don't know if this helps to hear but what you're going through is only a normal reaction to having someone you love take their life. You're going to feel a wide range of emotions, but anger towards yourself and reviewing what you could have done will be the most prominent at first. This will eventually pass. You just need to keep reminding yourself that there wasn't more that you could do and to forgive yourself for this. What she was going through is something so much bigger than any of us can really imagine. Remind yourself of how your girl would have wanted you to continue on your life. I'm sure she wouldn't want to see you holding yourself accountable for this because you're not.

This is the most important time for you to be around people who understand what you're going through. A lot of healing can come from it, even if you're not necessarily sharing everything you're feeling. It will make it slightly bearable. This is the worst time to be alone tbh.

She was 28 years old and she killed herself due to depression from her business not being successful.

We buried her this past Sunday.
