There is all kinds of shyt wrong with your situation.
Contrary to other's opinion, I don't think your girl want to fukk your roommate. She is just way too disrespectful! How is she NOT on the lease, but has the nerve to get fonky with anyone living in that apartment?
Bottom line..
Everyone who lives there need to have a pow wow and discuss house rules. Of which, disrespect should not be tolerated towards anyone at anytime! That includes guests..
Side note: I know that your roommate tolerates the disrespect because you allowed him to live rent free while he was struggling and you kind of allowed the disrespect because of that situation, but your roommate need to pay you back the money owed somehow and your girl need to grow the fukk up and stop acting so GD childish!
You have the power to make the living situation tolerable, OP! Make that happen asap before things get ugly!!

You're right. I did allow it to a degree because he wasn't paying his share of the rent and I believe part of him letting her have the ac on low was due to the fact that he couldn't say anything if he wasn't paying on it
