Chipotle Mayonnaise:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotles in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1/2 lime, juice
half a bunch of cilantro
2 garlic cloves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients in blender

Once blended add salt and pepper to your tastes and blend again.

Store in container and let cool.

I usually make a whole mayo jar, mix it up, and put it back in the mayo jar to use for my lunch or dip for fries.
