Gorgeous hair but she should pull it back, the only reason I could see it being unprofessional is that it's out.

It doesn't look professional to me, but then again it depends on the career.
Professional to me means pulled back out of your face. Buns, ponytails, etc.
If her hair is impairing someone's view in a meeting or brushing on things as she moves around during the day, then it should be pulled back.

I make sure my son respect himself as who he is . So if his hair looked like this his hair dresser would be fired.
Lets not get crazy here folks. Glad to see she is going natural but combing you hair with a brick aint cute.
