You should have purchased a protection plan on your headphones but I'll make a suggestion for you fam.
Try Sennheiser Over the ear headphones you can get at best buy for $35
Also, you should look at the Koss Porta Pro, which is basically the same headphones I been rocking for the past 30 years or so, they still make them they're only 40 bucks.

I was running outside on Tuesday night and one of my ear buds went out mid run. They were only $12 Sony but I'll have to use the apple ones today 
i got mines from merimobiles because boat2014 doesnt ship to canada
