Every new shounen that comes out and becomes mainstream gets picked apart by cats who know they weren't being so analytical when they were coming home from school and putting Toonami on. MHA has had maybe one truly major arc and nikkas want to talk about GOAT. Let that shyt breath

I think some people are too critical of shows... all things considered MHA quickly became too mainstream but that's a sign of the show being great in alot of aspects...
I love the story and the fights have been great wait til y'all see when they cross paths with the Yakuza shyt gets too real... the bad guy's quirks get wilder especially the dude that can shift hallways solid walls...
If it gets there in Season 3 we in for a GREAT time...

Those are base level criticisms, they're not on the same level of critic as the video I posted earlier in this thread. I wasn't 10 years old writing or thinking about character narratives and emotional depth.
Where did I say anything about not noticing deficiencies? You posted a video of a dude saying "I love the fights" while saying everything that was wrong with the fights for 12 minutes. If you have 12 minutes worth of shyt that's wrong with something, you probably don't like whatever it is you're critiquing. Being a kid doesn't stop you from realizing something is trash. I went to nyc Comic-Con last year and it had so many Bokugos And I had no idea who it was lol this year I’m ready . You're making strawman out of the argument in the video I provided, that wasn't even his point. He was basically saying that MHA fights serve as points of character progression and climaxes for character arcs, rather than focusing on just the action.They thrive on emotionally sucking you in, but the action and choreography is lacking.
Yeah, being a kid doesn't stop you from realizing something was trash but I damn sure wasn't writing or thinking of a critical analysis about it as a child. Idk where you're pulling this "trash" stuff from cuz I haven't even used that term in this entire thread.
And this why the MHA is quickly becoming one of the most annoying fanbases on the internet. Stating an opinion or critique of something that I see could be improved is somehow "nitpicking"
