millennials are the first generation in america expected to have a shorter lifespan than their parents...

not only does most of the food we eat now do nothin for us, its got all kinds of deadly chemicals and preservatives...

and if he smokes tobacco, he gotta stop... that includes blunts, backwoods.... cause tobacco directly attacks the heart...

they also put that shyt in all most cereals... anytime you see niacin on the ingredients list, thats nothing more than tobacco and ammonia...

shyt even most of these bottled waters come from the tap..

Dasani water got potassium chloride in it, same thing thats used in lethal injections..

Not trying to dilute your message or anything but FYI, potassium chloride is just another word for salt. Nothing dangerous about it actually

He smoked cigarettes all day and continued to smoke after his surgery a few weeks ago.I also found out today he had diabetes but he never told me that.He was alone when it happened.His wife was texting and calling him but he didn't answer so she rushed home and found him.shyt had me numb all day.

& he was 6'4 270 with heart murmurs? That's a perfect shytstorm of heart problems. Sorry to see someone go that young
