There's truth in the OP. We live in a PC climate where children are sheltered and told they are special for no reason at all. It's short term gratification but long term damage. You get children who grow up never facing adversity. I remember being 7 playing little league football and my team losing in the championship game and the pain I felt and the little kids crying and it was raining. Which caused me at 11 to work hard when I played baseball and I batted 4th and scored the winning run in the championship game. No amount of money can buy you those feelings and children need to experience similar experiences to understand adversity as an adult.
But they don't face adversity as a child so they are told they are special all the time and when they become adults they don't know how to function properly when facing challenges so you are going to see more average ass muthafukkers having complete melt downs because of this. More mass shooters, more murder/suicides, more animosity and hate towards non average ass people.
