My homegirl from New Orleans was offered a 110K offer for a job in Buffalo, NY

Told her she’d be a fool to not take it. I know a lot of people on this board having been pushing for people to move to less desirable cities so I wanted to see this in action.


You would think this is a no brainer since the jobs she gets in NOLA pay trash but this chick is about to throw away this opportunity.


Also is Buffalo a cheaper place to live than NOLA (outside taxes)?

2. Family anywhere up north is another factor

3. only thing I’ll hate if i moved to Buffalo is the snow and I would have to invest in a heavy duty pickup to handle it and the New York taxes

You couldn't pay me 110k to live in New Orleans and 95% of my family lives in the city, she's better off taking the money in Buffalo. 110 is only her entry pay so it's only up from there
