You also have to factor in that quality of living that she currently used to? Does she likes to go out a lot around town? Do she have family or friends that she is close to in Buffalo comparable to where she is at now in NO? How will she handle the cold, shytty weather for the bulk of the year? The money maybe good but if she not happy or miserable living in a new city, it not worth it at the end of the day.

Is she single? Maybe she seeing someone and don't want to bounce or get into a dilemma where she may ask her lover if he/she wants to move to another state in order to stay together? Well, you don't always have to take the first offer
. Probably weighting out options to see if she can do better. I'm originally from the Midwest and the only way that I would go back is to take care of family. The crappy weather for the bulk or the year and quality of living after a certain age made me move to another state. She is probably trying to decide what is best for her in the long run.
