Brehs need to learn how to play the system like these females do. Men need to understand the judge just hurd 30 cases just like yours and he can't give a fukk about your personal situation.

1. Always be respectful and never NEVER lose your cool or talk down to the court..
2. Spend time with your kids and keep all your receipts for everything I mean everything you do..
3. Don't be afraid to call up and set your own court dates every now and then. Not to adjust the support amount but to ask for more time and more holidays with the kids.
4. Always keep a job. Even if its burger king that job will keep you out of jail if you ever fall behind...
5. remember brehs most time the female choose to go to court out of spite. If you show the judge you can play ball and that your main focus is you kids (which it should be) more and more decisions will go your way.. keep in mind the system is set up against us so if you ever have some extra money getting some legal advice is a strong idea.

On the real...this thread just made me make a conscious decision to stop fukking my homegirl( girl im dating casually) raw...we aint fukked since december but we never use condoms, she always says shes on birth control and I believe her...but this shyt aint worth the risk ..fukk it, I aint gonna get caught up

So because the man can't pay the woman the money, he has to go to jail, but by the same token, the mother isnt doing well enough to support the child on her own, evident by her filing for child support in the first place.

So if the mother can't take care of the kid on her own, why does SHE get custody, and why does HE get stick paying support, then if he cant come up with the money, hes thrown in jail? If you took the kid and have it to HIM; and then ordered HER to pay support and she couldn't deal with it, then she should be locked up right? That's pretty much just the systems way of picking one party to stick it to, and they picked the man.

I posted it before, it's off of your income/expenses and medical benefits. If I had to pay child support for one kid here in Illinois on my salary it would be $1,400/month.

That's tax free, straight $1,400 every month.
From infancy to 21 years old.

Paying $1,400 every month to a woman so she can take care of a 6 year old.

To make it worse the mother can be on government assistance the whole time with no job,but since she has custody you still are expected to pay child support...How the hell does the father not automatically get custody? I have no idea

I could imagine going to jail behind choking a bytch if she looked me in the eyes and screamed on me about taking care of my responsiblitys while shes on welfare....But I see that shyt happen all the time,I don't know if its a matter of men having no faith in the courts so they don't even try or what? Maybe you would get custody automatically in that scenario but cats just assume the court will take the womans side like they do everything else

the woman gets custody by default because she carries the child, but if you can prove shes a shytty parent you can get custody. i know a couple of men that have gotten custody of their kids because the mom was doing what she was supposed too.
