not even gonna debate this shytSo because the man can't pay the woman the money, he has to go to jail, but by the same token, the mother isnt doing well enough to support the child on her own, evident by her filing for child support in the first place.
So if the mother can't take care of the kid on her own, why does SHE get custody, and why does HE get stick paying support, then if he cant come up with the money, hes thrown in jail? If you took the kid and have it to HIM; and then ordered HER to pay support and she couldn't deal with it, then she should be locked up right? That's pretty much just the systems way of picking one party to stick it to, and they picked the man.

I posted it before, it's off of your income/expenses and medical benefits. If I had to pay child support for one kid here in Illinois on my salary it would be $1,400/month.
That's tax free, straight $1,400 every month.
From infancy to 21 years old.
Paying $1,400 every month to a woman so she can take care of a 6 year old.

I'm not saying I necessarily agree with throwing guys in jail if they don't pay the CS, but some nikkas don't pay it just to be spiteful to the mother.
If you lay down with a person you SHOULD provide for your child even if you hate their other parent. (Notice how I'm not singling out the man or the woman).
For ex. My sister got pregnant by some ain't shyt nikka (non of my business), and he's supposed to pay child support. Idk how much he's supposed to pay monthly, but it's low af, something like $40/weekly, I think. Let's just say it's weekly, then he has to pay $160/month. He pays whatever he feels like paying, whenever he feels like paying it. He's a "dj" so he's paid off the books.
When they go to court he tells the judge he doesn't have a job. My sister has to collect all his flyers and prove otherwise. Anyway, afaik this nignog hasn't filed taxes because it will ALL go to my sister, because he owes at least $7,000 now. Now you know good and damn well if my sister gets that amount all of it isn't going to go to their child. But if he paid the money monthly/weekly like he's supposed to, it would. Anyway, at one point he was going to go to jail because he didn't pay CS.
Point of my story, pay attention to who you lay down with, because you could end up dealing with them for 18 years.

If he had the child in his custody while under a court order, then him and his baby mama (or lawyer if she didn't want to act right) should've asked for a change in the court order to absolve him from the back support constantly building up against him or simply have the child support order removed (It can be done but I know some states still want back support paid)
It's his fault for having this "Fukk the courts, I don't need no krakkka all up in my shyt." attitude instead of trying to protect himself, son, and livelihood.

That has got to kill her inside, that is really sad. To be out there collecting some damn flyers, I know she probably has to hold back tears doin that shyt, that's not good.

I did some shyt like that with my first bm after the marine corps i was like fukk it for about two yrs while trying to build my self up out here in California, so i put that out of sight out of mind .....BIG MISTAKE. ....ignored all the court dates and all that one day after school...... knocka knocka nikka..... i only spent two days in jail but that was enough for me aint missed a payment in almost 10yrs pay that shyt brehs and move on with life ......

I don't understand why dudes don't just pay in the first place. The courts clearly don't play. 
damm 6 whole months thats crazy i don't get how that helps they have to figure out another way cause i don't think putting a man in jail for not paying is crazy cause one now he's out a job, the months in jail still get no payments plus out of kid life, and just end up in same cycle over and over again don't get it
