I chuckled when I saw the translation for plex on the screen. I half expected someone to talk about "that boy got hulled" and then that definition would show up.

But man, I feel like a lot of the stuff going on in this video happened like right after I moved out of Houston.
All in all, it just made me feel really old. :to:

A lot of the guys featured probably graduated in '06, AT THE EARLIEST. Most are probably class of '09 or younger. They didn't feature any of the older SWAT people that I grew up with.

As a 28 year old Houstonian, and an educator with HISD who teach these fukking idiots, this shyt is embarrassing brehs. I see alot of my kids gonna end up like this except mine are already claiming Acres Homes, 44, etc. in 3rd grade.

nikka in that Knicks jersey will probably be dead by this time next year.

Nah, Alief isn't as violent as Crunchy Black making it out to be. He's going to catch a few fades, but he'll live to be an old ugly nikka. But he did remind me of the fact that every hood has that one loud, ugly, dark skinned dude with a high pitched voice.

Funny. Shaggybevo is having the argument about this being the hood or not. I stay with friends in that area everytime I go to Houston. Some nice neighborhoods like there and immediately surrounding, so I never thought of it being ghetto. From watching that, it kind of reminds me of where I grew up in Garland in the 80s and 90s. I remember Pirus movin into the neighborhood next to mine, and some crip set called UNC moved into our neighborhood. They used to tell stories about LA, and we didn't know what they was talkin about until the movie Colors came out. It was weird, because it was just a suburb, but they was at war for drug turf and killing each other. I lost friends to that ish for real. Strange how little areas like that can popoff. But the police literally ran it out of town. Started tearing down properties involved. They tore down a whole apartment complex and half the houses in that Piru neighborhood.
