an extra 12K in Idaho compared to New Jersey is a massive difference though. I remember when i lived in springfield OH, I could essentially afford a 4 bedroom 3 bath big ass house with a 2 acre yard. Now living in Cleveland, same amount of money gets me an 2 bedroom apartment with a shared laundry facility.
