I requested a union representative be present before I sign anything and then they spent the next 10min trying to intimidate me into signing still. Then I requested a rep again and I was accused of refusing to sign the write up. I've never really been in one of these situations because I come to work and do my job and don't cause problems. They are trying to hem me up due to an ongoing personal family issue (my attendance has been shotty the last 4 months and I used up all of my sick days and fmla doesn't cover the particular situation im in). I feel like they are in the wrong the way they approached me and tried to press me. Is this grounds for getting the write up nullified or nah?

Isn't this the exact reason why your in a union.
Coli full of bums and liars they don't have union jobs breh don't ask these idiots
I'm in a union and far too many people think it makes you bullet proof. It doesn't. He hasn't described why he is missing work for you to conclude that the union should be on his side.

Please sir break down to me when I said I was on his side or that the union will be on his side.

The fact he's asking this dumb ass question probably means he's in the wrong in fact.
