Nope. Chicken Nuggets are basically ground chicken breast that are shaped as a nugget, while boneless wings are cut-up solid pieces of chicken breast. Because of that boneless wings are a more premium product than Chicken nuggets, which is why boneless wings cost more whether you buy em from a restaurant or frozen from a grocery store.

The difference between nuggets & boneless wings are = the difference between a chicken patty & a fried chicken fillet. A chicken patty is ground chicken breast shaped into a patty, while a fried chicken fillet is a boneless solid thin-sliced chicken breast.
