I strained my lower back deadlifting last week, a lotta heat therapy and a massive amount of stretching helped immensely. I cant stress how much the stretching helped either

My shyt locked up on me months ago and I'm still feeling. Couldn't walk 4 3 days.

Steroid shot, then a steroid pack got me back to walking upright.

My lower is always a little iffy, but since the injury it's been horrible.
