so your not going to help? i already know i'm fukked up. I've had therapist look at me with unfathomable disgust. I've been kicked out of group therapy sessions multiple times. I had to write in permanent marker on my wrist "don't look" just to remind myself so they don't complain at HR at work.

I'm not a professional or anything but I've been meditating for a while now. Some times I fall off though and need to be more consistent. Anyway though, from the OP it seems like you're expecting something magical to happen like some ultimate feeling of euphoria or some kind of high. That's not what meditation is about. I too used to look for some feeling as well. Those sporadic thoughts that you're having, just watch them breh. It's that simple. You're gonna feel like your mind us all over the place, everyone feels that way, but the more you do it the quieter your mind is gonna get
