you gotta be short sighted as hell to even ever think positively of bleek.
especially in this situation.

dude was setting himself up to get served and never recover.

precipitate the loss of your career, when you know you not skilled, breh.

brehi agree but bleek went in with this song..It's no denyin that breh..and nas sparred Bleek Career.Nas didn't even acknowledge bleek like that..I don't even think bleek knew this would be one of the biggest songs of his career..Wasnt this on clue tape first?
If bleek would of followed up with another song after "Mind right" he would of had more success imo

Ft. Stewart, Ga
Copped the Backstage sdtk in 2000, this was always dope, as a longtime Bleek fan. Then the remix on "The Understanding" a few months later, had Jay on the remix burying Meeno for the "I Really Like It" video.

The "legend" is that Bleek was responding to "you wanna ball til you fall, I can help you with that, you want beef I can get a few slugs melt in ya hat"

From "Nastrdamus" single in fall 99

Referencing "What You Think of That" a Jay/Bleek collab from his debut in August 99.

It isn’t legend Bleek confirmed it.

He said Nas was his favorite rapper and when he heard that he didn’t understand why Nas, as a vet, was coming at a young dog like him.
