she wants to buy land in a town in Florida
her and my stepfather thought they bought a piece of land several months ago which turned out to be a scam, but then she tell me that the issue was solved she just needs an extra 6000, what an idiot
You need to deal directly with ya step pops on this, he's not leading her right on this if it's a scam. You need to let him know its s scam and your moms will fall back and come to her senses. Just because she's your mom dont mean she's going to always listen to you and follow you when she has a husband. This is why you talk to him about shyt like this when she doesn't listen to you. She will listen to him. My homeboy went through this with his sister. He was givi.g her sound financial advice to get her out of a jam, she would not listen and shyt was getting worse. I told him to give the advice to her husband. He did and his sister automatically fell in line and now her fam is good.

Give it to her. If it wasn’t for her, your ass wouldn’t be here.

:unimpressed:
Children should not look at their parents as a Rescue fund
Parents should not look at their children as a Retirement fund
My parents have made poor financial choices, and they’re nearing retirement age. I get that “Can you loan me $200 til next week” or “can you help us with this bill” text more often than I care to admit.

Why should I have to help them? If it was vise versa they’d hit me with the :camby:

Your dreams
Give your moms 6 racks you bytch ass nikka

If you have it give it to her. Or give hervas much as you can spare.

Unless she's some kind of addict...

Imagine your mama paying you back 300 each month....

Edit: never mind, land in Florida... Step father...

Only read the OP, all I gotta say is that if she was good mother, (and you had the money), you wouldn't hesitate giving it to her right away.

It's not even her being a good mother. :heh: she's being scammed and the son sees the bullshyt... She was already scammed once what she's trying to do isn't legit...

Exactly. My parents made stupid financial decisions that I even warned them not to do, but they did it anyway because they thought they had a safety net with their children. Whether it's your parents, siblings, or even own children, you are not required to enable poor behavior. Love them, but life has to teach them.

Nope absolutely not, if they got scammed once theyll get scammed twice, if you give the money they need to put your name on the property AND take the documents to be overlooked an verified by a lawyer or top realtor to confirm

Makes sense not to do that then. The only cheap land in FL now is in the boonies and there is no road access. You'll holding on to that shyt for decades. :scusthov:
