I know you're struggle OP. I've lived in apartments for like the last 6 years (college and post grad) so I've been round the block with annoying neighbors. Currently mines is the one above me. They sound like they must be 500 pounds I can hear them walking all the time and it be back and forth too I'm like damn don't y'all got a job why every time I'm home I hear some steps.

It's just the apartment Struggle. Aside from finding a safe and affordable place your experience will largely be based on who lives next to you so it's all luck.

Not talking about you in particular OP, but this reminded me of some memories a breh would rather keep hidden.

What I never understood was why stupid mf'ers felt obligated to not show common courtesy when it comes to sound in apartment/shared living area type situations. Especially if you and the other person both happen to be black Like TF can you listen to the same 2 Drake/Future albums max volume 24/7 in an apartment with thin-ass walls and not expect somebody to say something Got enough of that shyt in college.
