I wanna side with OP but how loud do you blast your shyt? There's neighbors who complain because they're nitpicky as fukk and others who have a legit beef to do so.

I lived in a few apts with loud ass neighbors and it doesn't bother me unless they wanna make the windows rattle or all hours of the night.

Iam sensitive to noise myself but unless you are pumping out bass so loud it is rattling not only your windows but hers in which case I hope she burns you to death in your sleep , she really needs to work out ways of coping better. I live on a busy street with drunks walking past at night as I live several houses away from a huge bar. and cars pumping out bass. I just listen to the radio on my headphones at night . It probably is the case,she has probably become extra sensitive to noise.She may also need a man to fukk her right. Cut her some slack, even though she is being a bit unreasonable, as believe me the worst people to fallout with are neighbours,especially ones who sound a little mentally unstable.

I was watching a football game. A football game, breh. And no I didn't have it blasting. She's just miserable and unstable and has no fukking life and I shouldn't have to face the consequences of those factors

Don't, this is how one neighbor ends up in a box,the other in jail.You don't know who she is ,or who she might know.She is a woman, what if she convinces some simp to fukk with you? or if she calls the cops, their white knight instinct could kick in.

For one it's hard to know if she has anything to complain about without witnessing it. But say, she is the one at fault,she is mental or just likes fukking with people , you have two real options unless you can sort things out with her.Make a complaint or move.

The time that she came over about my TV I was just watching the Sunday night game. Normal volume. Nothing excessive. My TV holds a bit of bass, though,(as any modern tv does, and I think she's complaining about being able to hear the vibration of the voices coming through the tv smh

Yeah, some people blast their tv/stereo so loud you can hear it all in the hall and coming up the steps. You'd swear someone's hearing impaired always losing his hearing aids great grandfather was living there. (My moms almost to this point, drives me insane)

Don't put beds or tvs on shared walls, simple way to avoid issues with sensitive eared neighbors.
Especially if you don't want them in your business like

Only other sensible wall that I can put my bed next to is, well, let's just say it's unacceptable. It's the way the bedroom was designed. I could certainly put the bed elsewhere, but it would then look stupid and cumbersome. And I pay my rent to live there in peace, I shouldn't have to do all of that just to appease her nosy ass.
I deal with being able to hear my neighbors through these paper thin apartment walls and she should also. We(everyone who lives out here) all deal with it. She is not about to be made an exception.
