My neighbors apartment caught on fire last night

At the time I was too fukkin pissed and wondering why the shyt is happening to me but in retrospect I'm blessed as hell.

I'd just bought a pizza, chillin and shyt and then I heard some loud pops. Then another cat yelling "stop! stop!" and I REALLY thought someone was shooting until I heard more yelling to get out. So I open my door and someone is out there pointing behind me. I look back and my neighbors door was bubbled up


Anyways, I thought that shyt was gonna spread to my spot but somehow it didn't. Power still on and everything. Their apartment is GONE though. shyt looks like a big wet box of charcoal and mine is just... normal I mean it stinks but damn. Finally sinking in how I coulda lost everything

Had a house burn down as a youngin once. We literally had just moved earlier that week. Shyt had us shook when we saw it on the news. Fire is like cancer in the sense it is deadly and does not discriminate.
