I'm a maintenance lead at a warehouse. I make $32/hr and I'm getting a 6% raise soon. He's salary but I'd still be making more than him.

I wouldn't be reporting to him at all but we'd communicate about safety and anything that needs repairs.

I was in the meeting going over the supervisor candidates and the resumés. I recognize his jobs as being prison industry jobs. So I looked him up. The others definitely don't know. He's not a cac, he's a light skinned breh.

I've left a job once several years ago because some cac threatened to shoot up the place after he got fired. I went to HR and quit as soon as people in the break room were talking about how he posted threats on social media. The guy was arrested that same day in the parking lot with guns and ammo, it was in the news. He wasn't a lead but he had an attempted murder charge on his record. So I be paranoid about this shyt
