I was registering for 4th grade, and I saw it on the tv.
I don't remember the day after 9/11 though.

that day was just as bad because the shock was gone and that was when it started soaking in

still remember reading (or more looking) at the newspaper with just wtc coverage

I was in 4th Grade when it happened, the biggest shocker to me was the towers collapsing. Especially after they survived the 93 attack.

I'll be honest I didn't really bother me much, and I was obsessed with 9/11 when it first happened, but I wasn't sad/shook about it though.

The photos/videos of the jumpers and that phone call from the middle age white dude moved me some years after this happened because I was able to see and hear these people pain and suffering before their demise.

But man, that dude's voice right as the tower is falling down was bone chilling. :(

Its still shocking that some terriorists in a cave threw some iconic NYC buildings in the bushes.

I'm glad I got the see the Old WTC towers while they was standing, those buildings was in the skyline looking :jawalrus:

These new buildings is dope, I'm sort a skyscraper buff so that's why I'm sort of reminiscing of when the Old WTC was still standing, the buildings are also a major part of my childhood.

I feel sorry for all the victims who died that day :rip:

I actually came close to working in the towers. It was some kinda bank/finance company that my man was putting me onto, and I was kinda high up; don't remember the exact floor. But I could see the Statue of Liberty in the distance. So I was sitting in a chair in the reception area, looking out at the view through one window. I looked down at my resume and stuff for a minute, then I looked back up, and then the Statue of Liberty had seemingly moved to a couple windows over. I sat there for a minute like :ohhh: and :wtf: and the receptionist asked me if I was alright. I told her what I had seen, and she was nonchalant, like, "oh yeah, that happens all the time. The building sways.... :bryan: I wasn't mad when I didn't get the job.

When I was younger, we had class trips to the Twin Towers. I remember, them telling us how the higher floors up tend to sway at times and the elevators routinely got stuck ::huhldup:
