Ahhhh ok. I work 2-3 days a week from home and I really enjoy. I’m also in school so the flexibility is awesome.

I do think the novelty may wear off, but I will just work from a library or cafe or something to break up the monotony.
As someone who has been working remote for the last 3 years, i can't see the novelty ever wearing off. Anyone who says it does, isn't doing it write imo.

Some days I get “bored” but not enough to go into the office

this. Zero percent chance of that kinda shyt popping off in the corporate sector. The only ones I see at work getting that 4 day shyt are the old timers who magically evaded the buyouts and are a couple of years from retirement.

Company won’t payout these tons of accrued vacation days and those motherfukkas don’t roll over so they tell them just do 4 days AND they work day is 7 hours.

no way these newer cats are getting something like that because they won’t last more than 5 year, will get chopped in buyouts down the line or they will be part timers getting a trash sked anyway.

MOCO awl day
I work remotely and because I'm in a different time zone than my company my Friday is their Saturday so as long as I don't schedule any client meetings on Friday I can use it as a travel day. I would only work remotely for a company like the one I'm at now that doesn't truly track your hours and really only cares if you get your work done.

4x10?
Commute, getting ready... that's damn near 11 hours dedicated to work

4 days x 8 hrs is what we need

For me it was 11.5 hours a day combined commute and work Mon. - Thur. I contemplated finding something closer to the job.

Fridays were a day to just sleep in even tho the job was cush as hell. I eventually found a job to work Fri. and Sun nights for a while.
