I dont mind commuting at all. I use to work from home and hated it. I guess its all personal preference

Ahhhh ok. I work 2-3 days a week from home and I really enjoy. I’m also in school so the flexibility is awesome.

I do think the novelty may wear off, but I will just work from a library or cafe or something to break up the monotony.

So you work a regular work schedule with a half day on fridays.

Yeah. 8-6 Monday-Thursday. 8-12 on Fridays.

If I want Friday’s off I just work through lunches.

I work social services more specifically department of juvenile justice for the state.

Your morning commute doesn’t change. If anything, by 7pm the commute is much easier.

Having a Friday off every week is clutch. If you have a side venture that full “working day” is better than an hour here and there around the week. If you like to travel then it’s GOAT. Take a late flight Thursday night and be at your destination by Friday morning.
