our kids need to be homeschooled until they reach the 6th grade at minimum.
black parents reject the idea because they're more concerned with their children making friends, that's why there needs to be a small network of like minded black people that allows their children to be homeschooled together.
they need to be taught about the system of white supremacy EARLY, as soon as they can handle it, so the effects of White supremacy, (our sisters wearing weave, contacts, etc), don't confuse them.

in the area nah , im telling you its mad white , plus it was just kindergarten not like they knew she would notice skin color as such as a young age

I think you have to tell them like it is......Life is going to be more of a challenge for you as a person of color.....but whatever anyone else says don't let them convince you that you're not as important or as worthy as someone else.....everybody is equal... go to school and learn all you can......Treat everybody with respect, even if they don't return the favor....If nothing else, then walk away.....

We have that, its called AFTER school. When your kids come home, you can teach them the greatness of the black race, to be comfortable in one's skin. Nobody's stopping Mom and Dad from doing that. Parents need to be able to instill these feelings and help them, with the schools, grow into successful minds who are aware and conscious of their own race.

At your job tomorrow, start using "cac" as much as you possibly can. Cac it up for the coli, breh. When one of your white co-workers asks "What does cack stand for, Black?" proudly exclaim "CRACKER ASS CRACKER, YOU CAC!!
".Then, come here and tell us what grounds you got terminated on. If it's not for something regarding racial insensitivity, then you will have convinced me that cac is not a racial slur.
