a little off topic but, my wife used to teach at a montessori school in central park west in manhattan. the education there is great but u will not find many kids of color. only the teachers since they dont pay jack shyt even tho they charge like 22k a year tuition fees

Do an experiment for me.
At your job tomorrow, start using "cac" as much as you possibly can. Cac it up for the coli, breh. When one of your white co-workers asks "What does cack stand for, Black?" proudly exclaim "CRACKER ASS CRACKER, YOU CAC!!".
Then, come here and tell us what grounds you got terminated on. If it's not for something regarding racial insensitivity, then you will have convinced me that cac is not a racial slur.
Challenge the white power structure by using a made up so called racial slur and then claim racism works both ways brehs.

when I say "our own schools", I don't mean schools that are a part of the government funded public school, but rather a Black privately owned school with Black curriculum.
Black children would go to these schools beginning at kindergarten and ONLY be taught by Black teachers, and girl students and women teachers would NOT be permitted to wear their hair permed nor would the teachers be able to wear colored contacts.

Even better.Next time you're doing business with a white client, cac it up big time. Do the same as above when questioned about the meaning of the word cac. See if that particular client does business with you again. If not, call them up and ask them what's the deal. Report back.

It's called a white power structure for a reason. Racism doesn't work both ways. Racism denies black people employment, schooling, good housing etc. It's an institution that black people have no control over. So for you to think that a made up term like cracker ass cracker (aka why white privilege even exists anyway and in essence the white power structure) is an actual racial slur with any power behind it is a joke. Come on.

She just needs that "there's nothing wrong with being different" talk.
Frankly, if they do that well enough now, she'll be cool with being "different" in the future. Like if:
- she starts developing before the other girls
- it seems she's the only girl in school who's still a virgin, etc.

I mean... I guess in extreme examples, sure. There's even a thread where I call my own pops a c00n, but he's family so I feel entitled to do so (and he really is a c00n so it's different).
But I think being on the Coli has taught us, probably to our own detriment, that it's ok to go around calling each other c00n. I dunno, I just think it's not the business.
