I was skeptical he was bailing on 2 million, but it happens when you are a star, at least of the moment, you'll have all sorts of contacts, leeches, groupies, investors, advisors lining up to get their cut, and it can be beneficial. I figured someone with some good contacts and deep pockets wanted to help Bobby out….but given the charges, it makes a lot more sense for a bail reduction hearing, and even more sense for it to get denied. I read it was some bail bonds wiz for hip hop figures. As for the terms of bail, I wouldn't be surprised if they are requiring the full 2 mil or property equivalent of, like in federal cases.
If he does get out, there will be stringent conditions to adhere too, this case is a 'make a career' case for the prosecuting ADA, and they are making their point on a number of issues, including gang violence and firearms. It's a tough road for Bobby…..
