My only argument to ebro, let the ppl decide what's hot or not. They basically dictating what's hot. If they're not making club music, then you are basically not getting played. That's not hip hop though. You cannot say rappers make great music for the underground...Let the ppl decide.

do you think that if an "underground" song got poppin that Hot97 (Ebro) wouldn't play it all day?? the people do decide. it's not like radio dictates what's hot and what's not anymore, the internet usurped all that noise. ANYBODY can get poppin on the internet and get rich if their music and their movement is dope enough, radio just gives you bragging rights. on the radio, program directors play whatever keeps people listening, and apparently the ratings show that the hot hit songs are what bring in the listeners. at least he's attempting to take the "mix in the medicine with the candy" approach and gives some underground cats light here and there. btw, a lot of the songs on the radio right now are actually hot songs, maybe thats why they're there. it's not just "laffy taffy" "walk it out" shyt all day.

Who gave this smart dumb nikka a platform yo? This nikka telling me that artists should be making music for average people that can be played between 7am-7pm? :stopitslime: fukk out my face. This nikka Ebro thinks music that is "hot" is music that is played on primetime radio throughout the day. That is pop music, on they bullshyt station that fell off way back when.

:heh: @ Hot97 not taking money to play records. Lying motherfukkas. shyt plays on loop because of ratings? :deadmanny: fukk outta here.
