In Harlem some of the rich white kids go to columbia also so that plays a big factor. Brooklyn is only going to get worse when the Nets start playing there. Theyre going to have a Beiber concert on Atlantic Ave. the fukk kind of shyt is that? But you have to remember white people are p*ssy and know their living boundaries. They wont go past 130th and they wont go into flatbush brownsville territory. Especially nto in brooklyn. This is a top 3 reason, why this is occurring..............but Ily slight disagree, b/se there are enough black folks to populate Harlem...are there enough black professional people that can afford those market rate prices....that's the issue...

Last time I checked or seen the stats.....I'm sure I could find it....but the number of non-Hispanic black people was under 2 million which was around 2004....idk what the 2010 census says, but that's number to look at probably. I'm sure som immigration has probably filled in the gap a lil bit though...
