Who you tellin I'm startin to see white folk jogging early in da mornin' round here in Queens.
They done re did the streets sidewalks and they might do over the park rent got so high we had to start a tenant association.
I think it happens because blacks in general are leaving the cities and urban areas for suburbs or down south you rarely see an old head on the block that been there since forever they either losing they housing or moving.
We losing our communities man I same too because black won't unite long enough to stop this.

Consolidate your power by moving to majority Black cities like Atlanta, Detroit, Baltimore, Memphis, Birmingham, etc. where our people can control the economics and politics of those metro areas

i'm just saying treat any place you live with pride, make sure its safe for family and buy it when you can. Moving is losing , moving to some all black area and the area is trash is a loss. You want to make a white guy mad, succeed by making safe and clean and you own it.

IN Southside? Wtf nikka. My area in Jamaica I can understand cuz you gotta keep in mind we do live in a residential area. Jamaicans nuh gwaan wid no apartment ting.

There are more Russians in my building than anything else. Best part is, I haven't seen a roach or mouse in the 3 years I've lived in this building, sh!t is amazing to me at times......

i lived in 5th ward in houston and that its starting to become gentrified. i live in a townhome development next to luxury gated condos and across the street from the projects. the are is real industrial, but the itcy is in the process of tearing everything down and building parks and shyt. on one hand i think it sucks because its an historic neigborhood, but it can't stay shytty forever.

Its crazy to see the transformation, Park Slope was one thing...but Bed Stuy & Bushwick, watching people get priced out of a place they lived for year when no one wanted to live there is crazy.
