the only redeeming quality whenever, God forbid, I have to ride the 7 train
that the only gentrification I've seen here are harmless sushi restaurants, more random white people around, and not being completely isolated anymore getting off the train late at night

The problem is that this is all just black/urban graffiti.
If they just got Banksy to stencil some sort of pedestrian highscool level anti corporation stuff all over it, the entire thing would be made into a museum.
it's why i can never get down with banksy. maybe it's innocent in london and other countries.. but here

Another white couple is moving in on my block wtf. Mind you that my block is sandwhiched in between two housing projects. Now my block is probably 20-30% white people. When I moved here 5-6 years ago, there wasn't really none. I swear these building owners arent looking for black families/tenants. Damn cacs.
