I was just making sure we were on the same page. I saw Tarzan with my black queen this weekend and we thought some of the same thing. I liked the overall message though and how they spread light on how Belgian were tryna enslave the natives.

I grew up watching the Ghostbusters cartoon, had a Ghostbusters lunchbox, had the Ghostbusters headquarters toy set with all the characters, had a proton pack and all that shyt.. I refuse to watch this and see them make a mockery of my childhood

Movie was hilarious breh , I felt the same way going in to this. Movie doesn't go the shot for shot , remake or re imagining like other shyt like Robocop. If you like the humor that those women are known for you'll find it funny. I found myself at some of the one liners and timing.

I was walking out of the Halsey street L train station and I saw an ad for the ghostbusters remake...and from left to right they have A white man (first as usual) the three white female ghostbusters...and the black woman at the VERY END!!

AND GET THIS! in the og ghostbusters Winston was an Ivy League grad. In this, Leslie from SNL is....an MTA WORKER!!!

This chick is terrible and I wish this monster would go the fuk away. Was looking at those old game show reboots this past Sunday ( Match Game, Family Feud, Pyramid) and this sambo was on the Match Game c00ning and screaming like a goddamn fool. Well I had this question too, but it's because I'm desensitized to white supremacy but rather I don't rememebr that much about the film. To my knowledge Tarzan was about a little boy raised by animals, but maybe that's jungle book
