still using that BCAA as a Preworkout though, shyts just great :win:

Most multis are a waste if you have a balanced diet i suppose:manny:

But that fish oil :win:

How do you cut with no protein? Do you mean you are just losing weight overall? Cause to me, that is different than a cut.

Just eating food, man. I'm not cutting out protein the macromolecule, just don't use whey anymore.

Although I think casein is still pretty nice for people fasting and such

Interesting.
I use protein for meal replacements cause sometimes, it is the fastest way to get in my protein reqs without added fat or sugar.

Sometimes when I know i'm not getting the macros I want I'll use the casein too, but it's very infrequent.

I find that i'll use supps etc more when i'm in less control of my diet (with family, travel, that sort of thing)

Its convenient, and the price per gram is usually among the cheapest of all protein products.

No reason you should or shouldn't take it. It's up to how you wanna plan your meals. :manny:

I'd rather consume something naturally, but protein powders and weight gainers have value if you're always on the go.

I get an extra 1,300 cals a day from weight gainer. I don't have time to eat an extra clean 1,300 when I'm bulking.
