I eat trash all week and on the weekends and all my blood work (cholesterol/blood/sugar/liver/blood pressure) point to perfect health. Especially for a man in his 30's

I think its the jiujitsu though. Look forward to the day i can eat healthier.
1.what do you define as unhealthy(fast food like Mcdonalds,KFC, Taco Bell ) daily or twice a day.
2. What are the portion sizes that you're consuming?(how many calories)Do you find yourself supersizing meals?
3. Do you drink soda? How often
4. Do you drink alcohol? How often: beer,wine, or liquor.
5.Do you get 8 hours of sleep?
6. Do you use any narcotics? How frequently?
Moral of the story, you shouldn't think of yourself as invisible and wait until it's too late to react. Look at Lil Wayne, I guarantee nowhere in a million years did he see a seizure coming. More than likely, it's from the "rock star lifestyle"
