To be fair....TRADITIONALLY...before the modern day transportation and communication we have....if you were stuck in some remote desert or mountain or forest village with 2,000 people or something....in whatever part of the world....... cousins going to smash.

As in the the last hundred+ or so years in the U.S. too, shiit went down in those backwoods with no car and no quality highways and nearest town is 4 hour horse ride. Not saying it was prevalent or even supported, but it happened.

TRADITIONALLY speaking, but now...as more places become connected it should definitely be less and less of that...I agree. .

Look up the nationalities with the highest incest related genetic disorders. Religion is not meant to lead to stupidity but it often does.

Cousin marriages are allowed in Islam.

Most of em aren't actually cousins in the case of Islam, it's like a family friend thing.

Scust. The genetic ramifications of your offspring alone should be enough for people to not fukk their family members, come on. I get them not knowing better before but there's no excuse in modern times
