what some don't seem to understand is that almost every single person that gets involved in these various schemes end up getting caught. or someone they were scheming with gets caught and ends up flipping them. it may not be this year or the next or 5 years from now, but the gov has a long memory and a lot of paper trails. they will eventually catch up with you. dudes i know that was doing this 8 years ago would open up fake barber shops and hair salons as fronts for their tax and cc fraud. most of them got caught and have crazy debt or liens and now on the run having to move around all the damn time, trying to make ends meet on the next scheme. the money gone, the honeys didn't stay. not enjoying life at all.

There are a few ways to do it, but Greendots and other re-loadable cards was the main way people were doing it. But in 2014 those are real hot right now. Its gotten to the point now that you cant even go into a Rite-Aid or CVS and buy more than 1 or 2 cards a ta time without raising red flags. Its gonna be interesting to see what the IRS does this year, because I think they have a trick up their sleeve.
You can use a UPS Store PO Box because it reads like a real address. The people on the other end don't know its really a PO Box. And Turbo Tax is for the amateurs, dudes out here dropping a few racks to buy the real deal tax software. I think you can use each Drake Software License for up to like 11 returns a year without having to get an EFIN. There are holes in the game everywhere.

I dont care if you use a fake id to open the account. and even if you getting that professional shyt most of these nikkas too stupid to know what a mac address or a ip address is. Dumb ass nikkas think because they use a hotel the feds cant track that back to the date and time and see who was there. Or even if you open up one of them tax spots you have to rely on too many people. Like I said this is one of them things you can do for a temporary come up then more then likely get caught. you big uppin somebody that is basing his words off of assumptions. I owe the IRS because in 2010 and 2011 my job didn't take out enough taxes. I got a bonus that was never taxed. Everything I itemize will look legit. We're talking about me getting an extra 1800 which would wipe out what I owe. This aint no hustle. I do taxes legit. I have a PTIN and a registered business. I'm currently waiting on my EFIN so I can file electronically on my own. Most people get caught when they get greedy and make outlandish lies like claiming school expenses when there is no evidence you went to school. I did. Business expenses can be easily embellished. I'm not trying to get rich. I just want to stop paying the IRS every month (been on an installment agreement for the past 18 months.)
I think you can do up to 10... but fukk that, Turbo Tax will do for most people returns. I use TaxAct for Professionals (they won't let you efile anything without a EFIN though, but the software is cheap and just as good as Drake)

nikkas use J's to open up the PO Box for them. They use J's for the business accounts too. nikkas will go get a J off the street, take him to the Goodwill Store and put him in a business suit, take him to get a haircut, give him some food and they basically just take the J around with them all day and send them in to open the PO Box, business account, and get the green cards all in one swoop. Then when the day is over with they will give the J some dope for his trouble and send him on his merry way. Crackheads dont care, most of time they in the wind anyway, as long as they can get high they really not concerned with the ramifications of some shyt that can come down in the future.
But I agree with you though, this shyt too risky for me. I got a bunch of homeboys that do it, a few have gotten locked up, most haven't to be honest. But I still don't wanna fukk with it. I'm perfectly fine with that slow money
Yeah I'm not really an expert on that EFIN shyt. I just have learned a little bit of the game from watching other folks.
EFIN's are gold because you can file unlimited returns. I'm in the process of trying to get one now. You have to submit finger prints and they send them to the FBI for a background check. Then they do a suitability check themselves. The process takes up to 45 days. Since I don't have one I've gotten around that by filing individual returns online at the TaxAct website. I put in the clients information and instead of using their email, I make up one so everything comes to me. That way I can do as many as I want. TaxAct charges 18.00 to efile or 35.00 if they want to have them take the fee out of their refund. I charge $95.00 for my services which includes that 18 or 35 dollar fee so my profit is either 60 or 77 dollars per client.

i don't do it every day. It depends. Last week I cleared $2200. I did 20 returns on Saturday. I have a regular job so I be turning down jobs too. I'm setting myself up for next year. The thing about taxes is once you get a customer they will come back to you if you A. get them he right amount of money and B. you are cheap and work fast.
And I'm working on becoming an Enrolled Agent by the summer time. When I get that designation I can do everything a CPA does when it comes to taxes and go after their clientele. But once you build up a good client list of tax return customers you can Do taxes from February to April and not have to work for the rest of the year. And I haven't even included doing returns for past years. You can charge more for that because you have to pay for the software for that year. Or I consult and charge $45 for that.
