whats the difference between S7 & edge?
I'm an autist when it comes to updates. I get excited to see "bug fixes"
not just complete OS overhauls. I'll take it.
A gimmick curve to the screen. A slightly larger screen. A larger battery.
Dont fall for the larger battery gimmick, its only a larger battery to compensate for the larger screen size, the edge is just a design gimmick that charges extra

90% of my cell phone use is for podcasts while i'm at work or in the gym.
sometimes my girl or fam call or text me, but it's basically a podcast doo-hickey for me.

yeah, that's one of the first things i did when i got my phone.
i found everything that i didn't need and killed them.
As long as they make a non-edge version I won't buy their edge phones. I'm not interested in my screen curving over the sides and I really don't wanna pay $100 more for it.

Was shocked by how trash the battery was on this phone, and even let down by the camera for video, take these two tips brehs
I already have juice defender, but the problem is that for whatever reason apps still stay running. There's and app called "shut app" that closed down services. In combo of these two and battery save mode, I get a full day of medium to heavy usage. Was previously getting less than half a day and a hot phone. Also turning off GPS matters, I think Google is keeping our phones checked in with all these services.
The video camera is just too jittery, especially for having OIS, but I even remember on my s5 I didn't have it this bad. But to get the best out of the camera, go to its settings and turn on the 1080 60fps setting. Video went from shaking cam to buttery instantly. shyt is almost too smooth.
Overall, great phone. Also got some other stuff like since it's under water rated, I usually take a shower while watching YouTube and block the screen and capacitive buttons with an app called "touch lock".
