its not like they all come at once...either way,its a claim check that,by law,is yours to cash. I dont get your logic about the IRS or banks. You choose the option to take less without showing proof of purchase. Even if by a slim chance the IRS does come after you, the fukk they gonna do? you chose to claim your items without proof. They wont have shyt that you did or didnt purchase anything. And to top that off,the IRS aint checking for petty claim checks being cashed breh.
