He wasn't bad against OBD. He got beaten maybe once for a TD but otherwise was stalwart against ODB, a difficult feat for any CB to accomplish. Norman dominated virtually all other WRs too. He's worth the money. Redskins improve their secondary immensely with this signing.
OBJ exposed that bout off the rip but he dropped the TD pass then the fukkery came...:skip: im not saying he isn't worth the money because he a Pro Bowler... do the Skins run the same defensive scheme as Carolina tho? :jbhmm:

He was in Rivera's doghouse for his first two seasons. He came on second half of 2014 and has locked up damn near every receiver he's lined up against since. Numbers can lie because they are subject to human interpretation. Your post is a good example of that.

He was considered a very good corner in '14 as well. PFF had him ranked #4.

It ain't my money...and I'd rather have an owner that spends than not. It isn't like they're giving the fans discounts on tickets with leftover cap space.

I'd rather gamble on Norman as opposed to $62 mil ($29 guaranteed) over 5 on Janoris fukking Jenkins.

A handful of plays can have a huge impact on the perception of a cornerback. In 2015, Norman benefited from drops as much as any of his peers. He struggled massively against the top receivers in the league. Odell Beckham's stat line and antics during the game overshadowed that he eviscerated Norman in one-on-one situations. Beckham dropped a 50-plus-yard touchdown on their very first qualifying snap of the game; he dropped an out route soon after before Eli Manning missed him down the seam when he was wide open for another potential long touchdown. For the game as a whole, Beckham beat Norman nine of 10 times. It was one of, if not the most lopsided matchup since this analysis method was created.

:demonic: can't wait

To be fair they stopped targeting his side of the field because they knew better so stats won't show
