He spoke on this other times. He said it was very hard to get Pac in the same spot. Pac was all over the place and the reason he was able to catch up to him in the hospital was because he knew exactly where he was and that he wasn’t leaving. Pac even mentioned some of what he said in interviews.Pac was on tv in 91 but the first time he saw him was in 94. Also why say all of this when they are both dead?

Show me a 90s interview in which he said all he's saying in the CURRENT interview and I'll eat crow. I truly thought the man was dead after Dear Mama song. After Pac dies, we start seeing him more in interviews. After Afeni dies, he is now revising history. He could have came out in 1995 after Dear mama and gave interviews calling Pac a liar. BET, MTV, The source, Vibe, and other outlets would have been more than happy to interview him for a story. I remember when Shaq's dad was on Ricki Lake after Shaq shaq blew up in the NBA trying to get back in his life playing the victim.

He didn’t call Pac a liar. Pac truly didn’t know he existed. So why would he call Pac a liar? Dear Mama was made and done before Pac got shot. I’m confused with what u wanted this man to do? His son was suffering and he was more focused on getting to know him better. Billy barely ever does interviews even when people reach out to him as was expressed in this very interview we are watching right now.
What don’t u get? Pac didn’t lie. Pac didn’t know he existed until he saw him while he was laid up in the hospital. That was winter of 94 my guy. Dear Mama was already a finished track and released early 95. By that time he was still trying to figure out if Billy was his real dad.
