and even so this is a teenager so the order was set a LONG time ago. at a very high rate
AND I petitioned the court 2 different times and got subpoenas to get her back in court and they came with the address from 15 years ago!
She probably lived in 15 different places in that timeframe
She didn't WANT to be caught up with until now.
but guess what...I know have her address, a external drive full of HER pictures with various naked shots, and she let me hit while I was over there AND I been contracting for the last year so my pay isn't traceable.

Since you live in Detroit and I reside in MD I can fill you in on the laws. You went all these years without seeing your son not knowing that travel expenses (hotels, flights) in order to execute your visitation (had you filed for it) are deductible expenses. You could have been flying back and forth at least once or twice a month just to bond and form a relationship with him and at the same time your child support would have been lowered. Word to the wise read up on the laws and take control of the situation before it gets out of hand in the future.

I felt the need to share this. My youngest son's mother has cutoff contact with
me for his entire life but has collected child support without any complaints
from me where she probably never informed him. True enough it's been time where
it wasn't there to collect but if she didn't chose to be selective with the
contact then she still could have been on. Now he is a teenager and she CAN'T
control him at all so she chose the open the lines of communication. Me being a
MAN I took an opportunity to see what was going on and offer additional
assistance. She took EVERY monetary option available even cutting into anything
offered to him. She NOW says that he is telling everyone that I'm not his
father and she started acting like a bytch even though she has EVERY agency
available involved in their business and I have NEVER known her to have a job.
It's not her kids it's HER. Stop blaming your baby daddies, baby mommas, kids,
your parents, the system, the neighborhood etc...BEFORE your ass looks in the
mirror. I have nothing to hide in my life and I'm comfortable with the person I
see in the mirror. The way you raise them is the way they come back to your
ass! I have no problems with the way I was parented and would have no problem
with mine being raised in the same manner and my mother didn't take any shyt!
Of course she has now deleted me from facebook even though this is the manner
of which she chose to inform me that she could no longer control our child.
Karma is a bytch! I WILL inform all of you all once she comes back via FACEBOOK
asking for assistance cause the bytch will NEVER get a chance to call my phone
again! But you know what, I will probably do it again because I KNOW God will
continue to bless me. Sorry for the rant

I have a 8 year old daughter whom I have had to do all that with in MI...but I filed for child support MYSELF in that case. I had learned my lessons

And somehow if you didn't pay, she'd find her ass taking you back to court, which means she'd have to show up. But you couldn't find an address on her?

Let my bm attempt to put me on papers and at the same time, blatantly ignore a court order, basically kidnap my son by moving him and not telling me where and not letting me see and call him, then watch me sit around until he became a teenager.

But how you putting it, shyt does not add up to a father who would kill god himself to see his child. I'd be taking my child support money and making her come find me. Or taking it and hiring a fukking private eye or a damn bounty hunter. But trust. I go two weeks without seeing my son, and I don't know where he is. good post...I have had several conversations with him since I been in town basically saying exactly this. I told him especially to not argue with his Mother because he can NOT win
also told him that he could always reach out to me. You takes his phone at her discretion but I did get his KIK info. I really hope that he hasn't really been saying the bullshyt about I'm not his father(had bloodtest 99.8) or he doesn't want me around when all I have done is try to help them. If so then I'm going to have to sit this one out for a minute cause he not my only kid. They need to suffer a little more before they see the light.

I'd have been in the police station making all sorts of false kidnapping reports and bullshyt to make them look into it. I'd have been at a private eye office getting someone to find her. I'd have been quit my job to get cps have me in front of a judge. Crying real tears from missing my son, telling him how I truly believed he was dead cause I have no records of him being alive and I want some proof of life. I'd move hell and high water and I promise you, literally on my life, that it wouldn't have taken no 15 motherfukking years to find her ass
