So after reading responses from you guys, I grew more and more incensed about the station and called him. I postep this thread on Jan 30th and called him that following monday, telling him to call me back bc I needed to talk to him. It took him 3 weeks to call me back. God forbid somwthing bad had happened and I needed to talk. When he finally contacted me the anger had subsided a lot. Hearing his voice caused me a lot of anxiety and i was too overwhelmed to call him out on saying that word. I wish i had just daid sometjing right when it happened. Instead I stood firm about not going to be his patient anymore, and i told him. He tried to pry a little but he felt my shield and backed off.

Eh, that sucks. But you at least severed the relationship. I'm sure he can infer what it was about. Did you find a new therapist?

I contacted my old therapist, begging her to let me come back, but She wouldn't let me. I haven't had time to find a new therapist. on top of that a lot of the places I wanna go to have really long wait lists. I plan on giving a few prospects a call later this week
